This Embedgram Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which Embedgram ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


General Terms and Conditions:

Embedgram assumes no responsibility for the damaged and / or lost files due to technical errors beyond our control. PlayTube is not responsible for the time when it's unavailable.


Accounts Usage Terms and Conditions:

Embedgram has the rights to restrict any account limits at anytime without prior notification whenever it's abusing our service in any way. We reserve the right to decide what appropriate usage limits is.

Accounts that has no files since it has been created will be permanently deleted within 7 days since the date that the account has been created in.

Embedgram has the rights to ban any user with it's IP address if he tried to sign up with multiple accounts.


Content:

It is forbidden to upload Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity.


Pornography Content Terms and Conditions:

Pornography content that includes children or teenagres under 18 are prohibited, even if it has been recorded in countries where it's legal.

Pornography content that includes people who aren't in their complete health or has mental issues are prohibited.

Pornography content that includes animal/s, or humans who are in positions with animal/s are prohibited.

Pornography content should not include any real rape or force in any way.

Embedgram reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification.


Terrorism Materials:

Any uploaded video or image that includes materials that incite terrorism, support it, or even sympathize with it in any way will be considered as terrorism materials, and will be permanently deleted in less than 24 hours even if The Service did not received any claim or report related to it.

Any uploaded video or image that includes real hate speech (Else if it's acting; like a TV show or a Movie) will be considered as terrorism materials, and will be permanently deleted in less than 24 hours even if The Service did not received any claim or report related to it.

Any uploaded video or image that includes direct or indirect incitement against governments will be considered as terrorism materials, and will be permanently deleted in less than 24 hours even if The Service did not received any claim or report related to it.
